Americans put great enfasis, on or in, life's milestones. And at the beginning the mile markers are bright and shiny, first Birthdays, first anniversaries, first steps, first day of school, first girlfriend. It seems as if everytime someone turns around they are planning another milestone event.
Not every milestone is celibration worthy, but they are all at least note worthy. After awhile though, when the markers become further and fewer between and by the time we get to, what should be the most important milestone it's a sad thing. The finish line is the circle of life. There is no sadness at the end of a life well lived. It should be a time of joy and celibration and gratitude for the time that we were able to spend with that person
The finish line is the one milestone that no one ever celibrates. The Finish Line. The last milestone. It's always so sad . After all those tired and unwanted milestones that you were forced to endure: first root canal, first time being catfished, you didn't even want those momentos, but they were forced upon you and you did it for everyone else.

As a fundamental belief in The Current and right of passage from this life to the next. We believe that your last day or night on Earth should envoke smiles and laughter. Spontaneous stories should be remembered and told in your honer.
CORE BELIEF: the end of life, burial and the after life.
Near the end of our lives, all of us will start to think of the inevitable. We'll start to gather the ideas of what the end of this life might be like. Most will reflect back on a life where what we had been taught by our parents or heard along the way is what we can expect to find on the other side...
What if.
When the foundation of The Current was being put into words to establish our most important core beliefs, the process started with the end in mind.
Of course The Current is a completely cyclical philosophy the end is the beginning and at many points becomes full circle.
We live our first nine months in the water of our mothers womb.

The global immersion: Our flagship event
I'm finding that it takes a lot of support trying to do the kinds of things we're trying to get going. The Global Immersion has been put on hold until we can figure out how we are going to contain it... Prepare to make history next year "The Global Immersion" – an extraordinary event designed to unite people worldwide through a simple, profound act of connection with water.

Who can participate?
Absolutely everyone! This event is for people of every color, race, size, and belief. No one is excluded from this historic moment of global connection and shared experience. We are all created in The Image. But if that's true how come she's black and he's got slanted eyes and that kid was born with no arms and she's skinny but that guy is fat... Soon it will be second nature and no one will even think about it, but right now you should keep in mind that we are all 70% water on the inside. On the inside every one of us looks exactly the same. That, by itself, without needing any.other help is going to end racism. Please help spread that one little peace of happiness.
